EARL is my savior for healthy and on the run lunches when I’m in this part of the CBD. I love the grab and go salad options, and usually pick two of the minis to get my health fix. My favourites — the grain salad and the hummus and edamame which are both protein and fiber rich and keep me going all arvo. The broccoli and almond and the prosciutto salad are both also delicious but don’t seem to keep me going as long, so I mix and match depending on my hunger levels. I love that they sell Remedy Kombucha too, which is a nice«sweet» refresher after I’ve eaten.

I like Earl! It’s my go to place for a fast and healthy lunch in the CBD — particularly when I am need of some free wifi(thanks Emporium!) I am very boring and tend to get the same thing every time — their delicious chicken, egg and brown rice salad. SOMUCHPROTEIN! It is so damn filling that I can generally only have half of it and save the rest for an afternoon snack. Sure, it’s not the cheapest place(the aforementioned salad is a mildly painful 12 clams) however it is good quality, convenient and VERY fresh. What more could you ask for when you need some protein mid-window shopping?

EARL Canteen, They have known quiet well for the Pork belly sandwich. I went for the first time not long ago to try one. It was real nice. Great crispy roll and nice piece of pork belly to compliment it. I’ve gone back again and got the Fish Finger sandwich & the potato tots, however wasn’t the biggest fan of these items. I’d recommend going there for the pork belly, but dont go out your way to go either. As much as it was nice, it wasnt amazing
