I’ve been to PHD a few times but was gravely disappointed with the food quality this time. The taste of the fresh rice paper roll with prawns was imbalanced from too much noodle. Also, the noodle in the phở wasn’t cooked properly and the soup lacked depth. I hope it’s an exception. Wonderful service as always, though.

The food here is good but I have had better elsewhere. They do offer delivery however it was later than the time I was told when making the order and that was a mid week order.

My favourite place for phở in Sydney. The broth has a strong, herby flavour to it — just how it should be. I’ve also tried the spicy beef noodle soup and the fried rice — both are delicious!
