Donnys is the perfect first date spot if you really want to impress and be forced to make awkward eye contact in dim lighting. Recently opened in a New York style loft with bar downstairs and restaurant upstairs– I can see why it gets packed here on weekends. The cocktails are about $ 17 which is standard but these cocktails are worth paying for. I did go for $ 1 dumpling night and the dumplings were super average but the drinks are good. So maybe eat before you come– or just drink. After all eating is cheating on a night out anyway.
