When I first saw the sign for Roti-i-Roll I was amused. I thought someone had come up with a great new idea for curry takeaway. Actually, a friend tells me the roti roll is based on genuine Indian street food and you can get them in the US and UK, so that shows how wordly I’m not. At Roti-i-Roll, these are yummy, spicy roti breads, with Caribbean fillings like beef, chicken, prawns and vegetables. The beef one is very spicy and tasty, and filling. Roti-i-Roll also serves Asian rice and noodle dishes and next on my list is the Mee Goreng, which looks really good. The meals range from about $ 7.00 for the rotis up to a top of $ 17.00 for some seafood dishes. This is a very intersting little place and worth checking out. They even do breakfast.
