This place is the ultimate for maps. In the world of digital, I can’t stress how important it is to always carry a physical copy. This place puts local 4WD centres to shame. They will have any map you require AND their staff are knowledgable and polite. Thank you for the many years of service!

What a super nerd I am, I love maps. I love world maps for the wall or more detailed contry maps when you are travelling. There is nothing ore satisfying than deciding on hitting a country, sitting on the floor with the map stretched out and gazing over it with a pencil! They have all types of maps here whether you are going on an individual trek or hitting the main roads. The staff will help you find what you need and their enthusiasm shines through. They also sell guide books and everything else you may need to plan your adventure.

Maps, maps, maps, maps, mapsmapsmapsmapsmapsmapsmaps. Maps. That’s what this shop sells — as you may have guessed from its name — heaps and heaps of them. And charts. And travel books. And globes. If you want a map or anything map-related, I suggest you come to this shop. As a fan of maps, I love to wander the shelves, perusing their seemingly endless selection. If you’re going on a journey, The Chart & Map shop has everything you could possibly need to plan it — all the best travel guides, language books and books on all sorts of outdoorsy travelly things, nautical charts and instruments and — did I mention? Maps. I particularly enjoy their selection of globes, and I plan to purchase myself a world map, just as soon as I can decide which one to get from their extensive collection. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, and can help you with whatever map-or-chart-related query you may have. All in all, The Chart & Map Shop does what it does very well, and comes with a recommendation from me.
