I’ve been here many many times for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommend it. Mostly Indian food but a bit of variety there to eg Im pretty sure Ranchos Hueveros is on the breakfast menu. You can shop after you eat as well. Prices have gone up a bit lately though.

When looking at the IF Store from Canning Highway, I’m not entirely sure what kind of establishment it actually is. Is it a restaurant? Is it a grocery store? By golly! It’s both! If shopping for groceries makes you hungry, IF Store has invented the antidote for shoppers who occasionally end up raiding the chip packets before they exit the store. Not only do they stock for a range of international products(rejoice, foreign friends!), they also serve a range of traditional Indian meals on the co-located restaurant. Think your usual run of the mill Indian food like butter chicken, lamb curries and sinful deserts like sweetened slices made from pistachios and ghee. On one morning when my friend and I are feeling a little dehyrdated and worse for wear after a big night out, we both have a hankering for something cheap, rich and close by. I decide to stock up on Indian spices and cook at home, and my friend orders a $ 9.50 breakfast. She makes contented sighs between mouthfulls of bacon and poached eggs. Apparently it was nothing too amazing, but at $ 9.50 I don’t think you can complain too much! The grocery store products are similarly cheap and I’d thoroughly recommend any homesick travellers pay the place a visit for their fix of Reese’s peanut butter cups! They even have the ice cream topping, which I didn’t even know existed. Amazing!
