This is hands down the best Indian I have had in my local area! If you want take out or dine in I highly recommend you go here. Friendly staff always happy to help and you can alter things in the menu without a fuss. They prepare your take out in a timely manner and it has always been accurate and appetising. The dine in experience was amazing with the friendly staff yet again happy to assist and food is served in a timely manner with superb follow up skills was a great birthday dinner. I will be going back here again and highly recommend every curry lover to dine here for a not to be disappointing experience. Flavoursome food generous portions and great value for money. 5 star!

When looking at Majestic India from the outside it is difficult to tell what to expect, they have curtains up and quite dark tinting. We had been past a few times but hadn’t been in until today. First impressions were good. The décor is black and purple and there are 3 light rings, similar to chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. There is booth like seating and table seating too. Once inside I realised why there are curtains, the sun in the evening is blinding! We ordered a lamb rogan josh and a beef dish but the name escapes me. We received complimentary papadums with 3 dipping ‘sauces,’ a mango chutney, yoghurt and a pickled chilli. The food didn’t take long to arrive and was decent Indian foods. I ordered roti and my partner ordered rice. The roti was closer to store bought naan, which was disappointing. The flies were annoying though and far too friendly. I ordered the ping pong cocktail. When she took the order she wasn’t sure what I was ordering, so I guess that should’ve been an indication to me that it wasn’t going to be awesome. It arrived after my partners beer and a couple of minutes after our food. It was odd. I don’t really know what was wrong with it but it wasn’t tasty. I also had trouble drinking it because too much was getting stuck in the straw. When it was time to pay, she asked how my cocktail was and I said it was ok… She giggled and said she rushed it!!! We paid with card but she pulled my credit card out too quickly for the transaction to go through. $ 80 seems quite average for 2 dishes, ‘naan,’ rice, a cocktail and a beer. I wouldn’t rush back and I probably wouldn’t recommend it either.
