It hurts me to leave such a poor review. First off they have a priority line for people like me who book online that isn’t a priority. You’re better off getting into line with everyone else because it takes longer than if you don’t. Also I accidentally booked the disabled seats(this is what happens when you drive and book on your phone) and had to get our seats changed at the last minute. The lady at the counter was nice enough to give me seats somewhere else, but their machine refused to print the tickets and took her a whole 10 minutes to finally end up just writing on some paper. I realise it’s not her fault but it just added to the whole fail experience of everything else. There seemed to be no stock of lids for drinks by 9.30pm — come on guys, you have a whole heap of people who work there, stocking things that have run out shouldn’t be this big a deal. But the place smells like a urinal. It honestly does. All you need to do is follow the urine smell to find the toilets. And it’s not even a smell that’s near the toilets! It’s in the middle of the walkway you take to walk up to the various doors of the movies. The stench is horrible. Otherwise there was no toilet paper in the toilets but at least the movie theatre was clean. 1 out of 5 ain’t bad right? Yeah. Poor form.
