Typical Chili’s on base. Since I was returning home from a deployment and passing through, anything other than the DFAC seemed good at the time. The food was not bad. Had the chicken tenders and fries. The service definitely needs improvement. It seems as though our table was forgotten about. Had to keep getting up to find our waiter to bring us stuff. We didn’t get silverware or napkins till the end and had to ask someone for them as well. They forgot to bring our mixed drinks, so instead of waiting another 30 minutes for it, we canceled it. Got what we pretty much expected though.

Hit or miss. If you HAVE to eat on base, might as well go here since you can get a mixed drink. It’s typical for a USAF American place on base. People go here and love it, but I think it’s more because they are getting something from America rather than actually enjoying the food. You’ve got a 50⁄50 chance on getting good service and food here. Go off base and explore the local food places instead.

I like the full Chili’s better than the Chili’s Too at the KMCC. I go here once a month with my son and we usually have a very positive experience. Their prices have definitely gone up, which stinks. The menu changed recently and the burger my son used to get is gone. It was the BBQ Ranch Burger but he likes the one they replaced it with — it has BBQ sauce and onion rings on it. Don’t remember the name. If he doesn’t the burger, he typically will get the ribs. I usually get fajitas or original chicken crispers. We also usually get either a queso dip to begin or a cookie skillet to finish. We end up taking quite a bit of food home every time we go. It seems like they have changed their serving style so now two people work a section or something. I usually have very quick response time to low drinks getting refilled or asked often if we need anything. I love eating in all the great places off post but sometimes it is nice to have American style service of free refills and attentive servers asking if we need anything.

Limited menu with and even more limited bar. Draft bar taps were out and not even available

I’ve had to eat here a few times since pcsing. Since lodging is so close I find myself forced too. The first time I came there I ordered wings. The wings came out cold in 5 min like they were someone else’s order. They had to take them back and MICROWAVE them. I’ve been under whelmed every time I’ve gone. Today I tried to call to place an order. I was on hold for 10 min just to be told that I had to be put on hold.

Chile’s is bad everywhere, so it did not surprise me to find this chile’s equally bad… the bun of my burger came cold and untoasted. When I told the server this she took it back, but it returned only slightly better on top bun, but the bottom bun had not been touched… Cold as ever. The fries were undercooked and unsalted… yep…just like Chile’s everywhere else…

Had a friend get extreme food poisoning from this restaurant last year(including two trips to the ER — he lost 10 lbs in a week in a very non-conventional way), so I’ve been cautious to go. I finally went today. Customer service was great, and everything was brought in a timely fashion. Kudos to my waitress! The main reason I’m giving a one-star rating is because everyone I went with, including myself, is currently feeling like we want to vomit. I’m currently praying to everything that we don’t have food poisoning, but considering the past stories I’ve heard, I’m chugging pepto. Jesus take the wheel.

It’s a chili’s so you pretty much know what you are getting when you go in. While I can’t speak for most of the menu, the burger was delicious and when overseas, that is really all the matters. If you are looking for more than a burger, there are likely better places around the KMC.

Exactly what you would expect from a USAF run facility. I ordered the buffalo wings that were served cold but were obviously perviously over cooked because they were covered in sauce but dry and bitter on the inside. The Cesar salad was served in a warm bowl so the salad was warm which absolutely drives me insane. The salad consisted of lettuce, an abundance of warm Cesar dressing and what seemed like a can of chopped tomatoes that were dumped on top. The chicken was obviously a few days old as it was cold very dry and just dumped on top of the salad without being cut. Just avoid not worth the money and the pain in the ass driving on post. Also the wait staff are constantly complaining like they think people can’t hear near the register.

I’ve never been to a Chili’s like this before. It’s like half of a Chili’s. And kind of funny since there is a full Chili’s on the base already(which I think is the only Chili’s in Europe). I think people might be right about the food not being as good here as it is at the full Chili’s, but it’s still decent enough. No one goes the Chili’s for fine dining — just for a decent burger. If you’re in the mall already I say go for it, but if you don’t mind a short drive — go to the other location on base.

Let’s start out with the fact this is not a full service Chili’s. It’s in the mall and marketed to families. My server was very polite and brought out our food quickly. This place isn’t meant to be the full thing.

If you enjoy sub-par food and loud, unruly kids, this is the place for you. I ordered the chicken crispers meal, which I normally love. This meal tasted NOTHING like the chicken crispers I have had at every other Chilis restaurant. These tasted like overcooked, frozen chicken tenders that you can buy at Walmart. The corn and fries were ok but overall, the meal was well below what one would expect from Chilis. I will not be back.

Service was good. Food was pretty good. The spinach artichoke dip was amazing, as were the southwest egg rolls. I had the bacon quesadilla with steak, it was great. I also had the Top Shelf strawberry mango margarita. It was good. Any other flavor was waaaaaay too strong for me but I also don’t really like the taste of alcohol. My only issue is the wait times. We have been here multiple times and walked away because at any given time the wait is at least 20 minutes and if I’m hungry I wanna sit down and eat ASAP not in 30 minutes.

It used to be a treat to head to the Chili’s on base and dine on a full menu. This place is a watered down version of the real thing. First, the food. You can hardly order anything from the menu any more. No chicken fried steak or ribs to start with. If you go here, you better like burgers. And don’t think you’ll be getting any jalapenos on the burger either, because they don’t have those. Now, the service. It seems that with the downscale in menu came a downscale in service. It’s horrible.

When a 4 year old turns his nose up at the mac and cheese, somethings up in the kitchen. Tried it myself and it was terrible. Obviously the cheese was a powdered mix that likely needed real butter and milk, but they just used water instead. Shameful they even charge for this, let alone offer it on the menu for kids. Like the kids won’t notice, right? The rest of the food was meh, had better at other Chilis in the States. Certainly not a stellar Chili’s as the place just didn’t seem clean either, but they survive only because of the captive market on base, and it shows in their lack of being concerned by competition. To be fair Chili’s overall doesn’t rate more with me than 3 stars in the States as they aren’t a fav there either, but this location drops a star just for making a lousy mac and cheese. They do in a pinch though.

American food, rather nice when you need a touch of home. The service… wow. It hit a whole new level for sloppy, slow and. inept. I asked for a beer, after 30 minutes I got told it was out of stock, asked for choice #2, and it took another close to 15 minutes to show up. The cheese sauce(queso) is from a can. Like, PLEASE … Wow, it was. like being back in the states in the big city!

If you don’t want to leave post and aren’t a mall foodcourt fan, call ahead and have your name added to the wait list. Otherwise, find some great European food off post while you live here.
