Hafentor

This review is also on Trip Advisor. Let’s start with what the Hafentor Hotel is not. It is not a five star property with luxurious finishes and furnishings. What it is a homey little hotel with comfortable beds, serviceable rooms and baths, and very good breakfast buffet.
The way you book online is to go to their site and fill out a form then wait for a confirmation email. It’s a little different from regular sites but it works just fine. They’re not far from the the Landungsbruken station which you can get to directly from the airport. They even have a little elevator to use for getting your luggage up and down. I had a single room and it was just perfect for one person. Bring your earplugs though because like most of these little hotels, the walls are thin.
The breakfast buffet is 9 € and well worth it. It has a large spread of meat, cheeses, and bread along with hot items like bacon, sausages, and eggs. It’s a great start to the day. I was very glad to have booked this hotel even though there were not a lot of reviews or pictures but I’m adding mine to help out.

Sehr sauber, tolle Lage, Frühstücksbüffet und das zu einem annehmbaren Preis. Damit ist alles gesagt. Absolut eine Empfehlung.
