CATERISTIC | catering with character

Whenever I think catering, I think Cateristic, be it for special personal, intimate and private events or — far more often — for professional purposes, i.e. corporate events of all sizes and formats. That includes for me: conventions, exhibitions, launches, seminars, incentives and a lot more typical formats.
Never before have I come across a supplier with so much experience combined with expertise, knowledge, creativity and dedication topped off with perfect consulting and flawless execution.
It all started 11 years ago when Cateristic was still known as UBS and one on the best bar service in the world. Employing them for important events such as fashion shows, global website launches or media award shows always was a pleasure and a relief at the same time: here was one supplier who would always deliver a top notch performance, a perfect service experience that would always please guests and clients alike.
Throughout the years, the company has just got better and better, like an excellent whisky or wine, and expanded its range of competencies and services. Now they provide an holistic portfolio incorporating and driving the Zeitgeist of the catering universe.
What separates Cateristic from the rest is the depth of the perfection of their service. Cateristic translates themes, occasions or brands into experiential catering and bar service worlds and even though we have worked together successfully on hundreds of occasions, they still surprise me with their level of passion and perfection, global trend insights, their creativity linked to the understanding of clients and their needs. And rest assured that the performance includes excellent service by authentic, character strong, sociable and intelligent service staff.
It is with great pleasure that I am writing these lines and never before have I been so certain about a recommendation.

Eine Leistung ist in unseren Augen erst dann perfekt, wenn die Liebe im Detail steckt.
Was erwarte ich in erster Linie von einem Cateringunternehmen? Gutes Essen — gute Getränke — guter Service. Bei CATERISTIC überraschen einen von Begin an strahlende Gesichter, hübsches Personal und man sieht auf Anhieb, hier arbeitet man im Team. Wo wir in Vergangenheit bei Mitbewerbern etwas Frische vermisst haben, zeigt CATERISTIC, dass ihre Cateringkonzepte die Highlights von Morgen sind.
Wir haben auf einem Event all das bekommen, was wir sonst nur aus unterschiedlichsten Top Restaurants — Cafes oder Bars kannten. Ob das nun die Präsentation der Speisen war, die Cocktails aus Eigenkreation oder das Herz aus Milch in den Cappuccino gegossen. Das Flying Fingerfood auf Naturmoos serviert — selbstgemachte Limonaden und Coktails, wie wir sie teilweise in keiner erstklassigen Bar bekommen haben und Espresso so perfekt und lecker wie am Lungomare in Venedig.
Von uns aus kann ich nur sagen, dass nichts schöner ist, wenn man sich sehr viele Gedanken um ein Gesamtkonzept macht. Am Ende stehst Du auf einem Event und sagst, Das Buffet war nicht schlecht, aber der Wein und der Kaffee?!“
Nach einem Abend unterstützt von Cateristic denkt man nur, schade, dass es schon vorbei ist.
Tatsächlich konnten wir bis heute nur sehr selten eine Leistung so sehr empfehlen wie diese. Man darf auf das nächste Event gespannt sein.
