I had three sweater dresses dry cleaned here. The price was very reasonable (€ 4 per «pull over»), but I guess you «get what you pay for.» When I picked up my dresses I was happy with the presentation: fresh pressed, two hanging nicely from the shoulders and one folded over the hanger (though I prefer all to be folded over to prevent shoulder creases). Also they simply used wire hangers without the cardboard «fattener» which my regular dry cleaner in the US uses to minimize shoulder creases. The PROBLEM? I don’t think the dresses were cleaned! I am traveling and these dresses have been in a bag with my dirty clothes for a week– they had a weird smell to them– and they smelled the exact same when I picked them up!
So in all, I am not really sure what they did do. There was a bit of a communication issue because I unfortunately don’t speak German and they don’t speak English. Maybe they thought I only wanted my dresses pressed? Giving two stars — for the pressing and assuming they just didn’t know what I was looking for.

Klar, diese Wäscherei ist hauptsächlich damit beschäftigt, die Hemden der umliegenden Banker zu waschen und (von Hand) zu bügeln.
Aber sie erledigen nicht nur das, sondern auch notwendige Änderungen sowie kleinere Reparaturen. Alles wird schnell und korrekt erledigt.
