Dunkin’ Donuts

Well, what can I say — it’s a Dunkin Donuts!
We all know what they sell, so there’s no point going into detail about that.
The donuts are ok — definitely not the freshest, softest, yummiest kind, but they’re still nice if you crave something sweet (and believe me, they are sweet!!)! Make sure you turn up sometime in the morning, they will be fresher (obviously) and you have a huge variety to chose from.
The price is also okay — € 1,60 might seem like a lot at first, but compared to local bakeries it’s absolutely fine! Also, they have saved deals, if you take a coffee with your donut it’s actually really cheap!
You can also grab Bagels and Toast-​thingies, which are both delicious and always freshly made from scratch!
Now, for the most important thing, the coffee! I know I’m a coffee addict, so perhaps other people would rather focus on the donuts, but this simply needs to be said: the coffee is fantastic! They offer lots of different coffee creations and even use lactose-​free milk if you ask for it! However, if you like adding a sweet kick to your coffee, do NOT use the sweetener! Whatever it is, it tastes horrible!
The shop itself is not exactly welcoming, I would surely never sit down and eat in. But it’s clean, and the staff is (mostly) really friendly (that is, if they actually stick to their opening hours).
Bottom Line:
* Coffee is delicious (try the Iced Coffee in summer)
* Staff is (mostly) really friendly
* Donuts are ok
* Bagels are better!

This Review is about the store as such. not the goods! The Donuts taste the same everywhere, so there’s no need to talk about those, right?
This store annoys the crap out of me! They change their opening hours every week, I’ve come here three times under the week during their opening hours and found them closed… I’ve also had lukewarm coffee twice here, which really shouldn’t happen!
Plus, I really have to say that € 1,60 for a single donut is insane. that’s around $ 2 for a simple donut! Sure, they have their combo deals and all that, but it’s still way to expensive for a tiny donut!
Save your cash and go somewhere else…

Während in Berlin an jeder Ecke einer ist, gilt in Süddeutschland noch der WOW-​Effekt wenn man mal nen Dunkin Donut entdeckt. Und obwohl gerade vom essen musste Ich einfach mal kucken was Dunkin Donut in Erlangen so kann.
Der Laden ist sehr übersichtlich vorne die breite Theke voller Donuts hinten ein Sitzbereich falls jemand vor Ort schlemmen will.
Alles bunt und intressant aber auf Anhieb spricht mich der eher einfach wirkende Choclate Frosted Sprinkles an (Schokoglasur mit bunten Streuseln).
Dazu gibts ein vitamiwater (wenn der Donut schon sein muss wenigstens beim trinken auf mich achten und das ist lecker und hat nur 65 kcal für 500ml)
Für 1,60 € war der Donut recht schnell verschwunden ;)
Gerne mal was süßes zwischendruch aber extra umwege nehm ich eher nicht in Kauf.
