Horrible service, but pretty good breakfast.
Waitress were stressful and unpleasant for some reason and rushed us to make an order even though there was no line at all.

We were here yesterday for father´s day. I noticed the place was a bit cheaply done. Paintings that came off the wall were placed on the table and the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Price tags were still on the plastic flowers on the table. The prices for food and coffee were decent but the place has not a comfortable atmosphere. Partially because I came there with a Unilocal coupon for checking in at their place and the girl working behind the counter didn’t know what it was about, but the worst thing was that she treated me poorly as a customer and made me feel bad that I actually was trying to redeem my Unilocal free tea coupon. She said that she didn’t know what it was about but said to me in German: «Big deal. Oh my gosh then I’ll just give you a free tea.» It made me feel like I was asking for something big. Even though we ordered a big breakfast for three people and left a lot of money there. I would not recommend this place and will not go back there. There are plenty other places that provide the same quality food and prices with a much better customer service.

Decent coffee. Nice pastries. And staff who actually let me practice my German instead of trying to show off their English. If I were in Berlin longer, I’d likely return.

Sehr charmanter Laden, vor allem leckeres und dabei preiswertes Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle nett und gastfreundlich, so dass man sich gerne dort aufhält. Besonders gut die Apfel-​Zimt-​Rolle und die diversen Kuchen. Auch der Kaffee hat weit mehr als gewöhnliche Bäckerei-​Qualität. Man merkt einfach, dass die jungen neuen Inhaber viel Wert auf Qualität legen. Empfehlung!
