We had a TERRIBLE experience with them — EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING AND FRUSTRATING. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! ABSOLUTELY *NOT* RECOMMENDED!
1. The apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived. They said it wasn’t their fault and not their responsibility. It took many phone calls and e-​mails to get it cleaned.
2. They promised us two sets of keys, but there was only one set. They said it wasn’t their responsibility. It was *very* inconvenient having to manage our schedules with only one set of keys between two people. It took 10 days to get the second set. They seemed entirely unconcerned about this. And when the second set was finally available, they didn’t deliver it to us, I had to go up to their office to collect it.
3. Generally, they only respond when it suits them — they ignore most e-​mails and phone calls.
4. Beware — you will pay FAR more than the stated price. There are many additional charges and fees, which are not listed anywhere on the website. They surprise you with this when you’re ready to sign the contract.
5. At the end of our 5-​week rental, they told me they would return our security deposit in two weeks. Needless to say it didn’t arrive. They ignored most of our phone calls and e-​mails. Finally we got a German-​speaking friend to help. It took her *many* phone calls and visits, and finally we got the deposit back after two months. (Of course they didn’t have the courtesy to inform us about this).
a. And even then, they took an additional 130 Euros cleaning charge, even though we had already paid 190 Euros for two cleanings during the 5 weeks. They never informed us there was a problem — it took our friend a lot of effort to get any response from them at all.

Leider kann ich von dieser Firma nur abraten. Mir wurde vor 2 Monaten ein Angebot versprochen, auf das ich bis heute warte. Auf meine E-​Mails, die ich, wie telefonisch vereinbart, geschrieben habe, wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Kurze Absage wäre auch ok gewesen — aber mich einfach warten und zappeln lassen, ist meiner Meinung nach keine Art mit Kunden umzuspringen.

Es kommt mir echt wie vor hundert Jahren, war aber nur vor neun. Ich war frisch in Berlin angekommen und hatte nicht vor, länger als 9 Monate zu bleiben. 9 Jahre später…
Na ja, hier ist die Begründung meiner Entscheidung, eine möblierte Wohnung zu suchen. Damals gab schon das Internet, aber nicht so doll wie heute und man musste in der Berliner Morgenpost oder in der Zitty was finden. Den ganzen Stress wollte ich nicht, also, habe ich diese Agentur benutzt. So habe ich meine erste Wohnung in Berlin bekommen. Sie befand sich in der Simon-​Dach-​Straße und war ehrlich gesagt viel schöner als ich es mir damals leisten konnte. Man muss aber mindestens einmal im Leben irgendwo schön leben — das macht die miesen Wohnungen, die danach kommen, viel erträglicher! Also danke an Fine and Mine für die schöné Erfahrung. So ein Service ist sehr teuer, und ehrlich gesagt heutzutage unnötig. Wer absolut keinen Bock auf die Wohnungsuche hat, kann gerne hier einchecken. Wer etwas Geld sparen will, sollte woanders gucken.
