Horrible. We booked via Expedia for a two king size rooms and they said we booked double beds. After pulling up the reservation for them they still did not accommodate. Instead the front desk host proceeded to shout at us in front of other customers and said«never to call Expedia again.» We were very calm throughout the entire experience but she was not. Never in my years of travel have I ever been treated this way. Please fix your customer service and treat your customers with respect.

I would say that this hotel is a little expensive for what it is. — Small but clean rooms with private shower. — no fridge. — no amenities in the building. — breakfast buffet that we didn’t try… — free wifi… But is that really necessary to mention as a thing? I guess one is paying for the location.
