Came here for lunch after touring the Mevlana Museum. Located upstairs it has a beautiful view with open air dining. We all tried different variations of the Kapat. A traditional Konya dish, it is much like American pizza. Traditionally made with ground beef, tomatoes, peppers and onion. We did order one with cheese instead for our vegetarian. They seemed happy enough to make it but did screw it up the first time and put meat on it. They made another properly and it was delicious. Fair warning, they don’t speak much English here so best to bring a native speaker along with you.
