Zorlu AVM

A very nice modern and sleek mall. The only Apple Store in the area. Cool food court. Out of the way!

No problem with Zorlu. I love their performing arts center, it’s great that they have a Mac store and an H&M, the layout is not that confusing, and it’s really not that crowded. Overall it has a very luxurious feel and makes you feel like a rich person. If you are a rich person you will find this is your crowd. If you are trying to look like a rich person this is a perfectly okay place to do that.
Could use a Pinkberry, but that is noting to complain about seriously. The meydan area and neighboring park are wonderful urban spaces that are really only rivaled by AVMs like Kanyon and Akasya in Istanbul.

Zorlu is one of the biggest and most popular shopping malls in Istanbul. There are lots of luxury brand names, fine dining restaurants and cafeterias, movie theaters, shops, childrens indoor and outdoor playground, a huge Performance Arts center with plays from Broadway and world stars, Ruffles hotel, Eataly, and many other things.
You can get there with a taxi or driving your car, parking at their huge garage or leave your car to Valet. Or you can take a subway and walk from the underground tube directly into the shopping center.
With or without kids, you can spend hours in this place.

Es fliesst in Istanbul an Einkaufszentren. Es gibt wohl kaum eine Stadt die so viele verschiedene Einkaufszentren hat wie Istanbul. In unmittelbarerer Nähe von einander gibt es alleine in der Umgebung Sariyer-​Levent-​Mecidiyeköy alleine 6 Shopping Malls!
Das Zorlu ist das Neuste in dieser Gegend und dafür berühmt dass es auf einer sehr großen Fläche gebaut wurde, denn es ist nicht NUR ein Einkaufszentrum, sondern hat auch gleichzeitig Büro– und Wohnungsflächen und ein Performance Center.
Das Einkaufszentrum ist atemberaubend. Wie im Istinye Park, gibt es einen Innen– und Außenbereich, wobei der Außenbereich sich mehr dem Luxus und Restaurants widmet. Weltmarken wie Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dolce and Gabbana, Tory Burch, Dior, Bottega Venetta, Pucci sind hier vertreten in großen Geschäftsräumen.
Im Innenbereich gibt es lokale und Internationale Marken, mit moderateren Preisen im Gegensatz zum Außenbereich. Hier gibt es auch den ersten Apple Store in Istanbul.
Im Zorlu PSM (Performance Center) spielt im Moment das Phantom der Oper und ich freue mich darüber, dass es auch eine kulturelle Bereicherung gibt für Istanbul, da es bisher nicht so ein großes Performance Center gab und nur kleinere, lokale Theater-​Unternehmen.
