I visited this lounge between 1−5am during my layover. I have to say, I have seen much much better. For the price of 45 Euros, it should be much much better. There was absolutely no service to clean up glasses /plates from my table for the entirety of my stay. When I attempted to use the bathroom,(there are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers in the main lounge area), they told me they are cleaning and asked me to go to another lounge. Well, I am not going to pack all my bags and laptops and walk over to another lounge for the bathroom and come back, right? not after paying that much, clean one bathroom at a time and let the customers use the others in the meanwhile. Ridiculous. After going back to my seat and ‘waiting for the cleaning to be done’(as in 25 minutes), I went back to the bathroom with the cleaning ladies still taking their sweet time. It was only when I made a scene at the entrance that i was able to use the bathroom. Internet has reasonable speed. The food is nothing special but not too bad, probably better than most US lounges(but hey, it’s Turkey, food is supposed to be spectacular). In the ‘open’ bar, I did not see a bartender at all for 4 hours straight(yes, I was sitting next to the bar). All in all, pretty poor service for the price compared to all other lounges out there in the world.

Staying at the Primeclass lounge during my layover in Istanbul was the best decision I’ve made in my entire life. Based on that sentence you’re probably thinking this place is mind blowing. It’s pretty sweet but also, I make really horrible decisions in life so there isn’t much competition for that spot. I knew I’d be staying there for 7 hours which is basically torture if you’re spending it the poor people way, and not enough time to go into the city, especially since most things would be closed by the time I cleared customs. Guess I’ll just have to go the big money baller route and drop some serious cash on the VIP treatment. «25 euro? Are you sure? That’s it? Okay.» I’ve stayed at some dope lounges in my day and they are NEVER that cheap. The news was exciting but also a little worrisome. Snacks, wi-fi, and showers are included, what more could a girl want?(Actually, A LOT more but I wont get into all of that right now.) First thing, a shower! I’ve been on an airplaine for the past 12 hours, let’s do this. I walk into a spotless marble bathroom with disposable slippers and a towel. The water pressure and temperature are perfection. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fortunately I planned ahead and packed a change of clothes in my carry-on. I am astounded by the fact that I’m taking a shower in a public bathroom, in the middle of an airport, in a foreign country, and I don’t want to get out! I then head for the food, because well… food. I’m a picky eater and was able to find plenty to munch on(I’m sure there’s a sex joke in there somewhere). If you’re looking for a sit down dinner-type of meal, you’re SOL, they’re just«snack foods». I planned on leaving the lounge to have a proper meal later on but didn’t end up needing to as it ended up being sufficient. Here’s the shocking part, open bar. Wait… wait, not open bar like at a wedding. Open bar as in, there’s the alcohol, go to town. We’re clearly not in America anymore. You people are going to trust me with this?! My star deduction are due to the limited seating. We were able to get a section big enough to accomodate us and it was comfortable however, the place was overcrowded and the relaxing atmosphere was tarnished a time or two by screaming children running amock. Also, the place is divided into two areas. At first we thought they were two different lounges as you have to exit one and enter the one next door. It seems like it was an expansion that was never connected. Also, there are only 2 bathroom stalls for each gender which creates quite a line outside of the bathroom and people just end up going into the first available. The staff is exceptional. ESPECIALLY, the woman in charge of cleaning up the showers. The second a person was out, she went in there like a Turkish ninja(is that a thing?) making sure it was in perfect condition for the next person. I don’t know how many times in my life I’ll have another long layover in Istanbul but I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s ok. Pretty limited food selection but the view is nice. Keep in mind you are in the domestic terminal.

If you have a long layover at Ataturk/Istanbul airport with nothing else to do, I would suggest spending time at Primeclass lounge. It would be difficult to find peace and quiet elsewhere, as this airport is quite busy and bustling. The cost is only 25 Euros for use between the hours of 7AM to 7PM. At all other hours, it is 45 Euros per person. It is open 24 hours/day. The all-inclusive price includes unlimited access to a small buffet, a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, and a bar that serves a variety of complimentary alcohol/liquor. This lounge also has comfortable, but worn, chairs, multiple TVs, and use of Samsung tablets. A wi fi passcode is also issued. For those who wish to freshen up, there are 2 showers complete with towels, hair dryer, and toiletries. It’s quite a good deal overall.

As lounges go its small but they have nice snacks and don’t charge you for alcohol !! They even had a DJ on the roof spinning discs but it was also the smoking area :-(

Great little lounge that has little cakes, fresh fruit & coffees/drinks/bar. If you’re a Priority Pass member everything is included — free! There’s even a disco room/smoking lounge to hang out at with a live DJ, mixing it up!
