Buryan is ok but service is terrible… We had buryan kebab, ayran and salad. They were good. Not very good but good. But 3 waiters(not to mention they were all male) standed around us dealing with all kind of unnecessary stuff, like pushing a panel, carrying something or just standing. They were 3 and it was not a busy hour but I do not know how but they forgot my salad. Another thing. This is very typical for the traditional restaurants in Turkey that waiters(not to mention again that they are all male) consider theirselves as the chief of Berlin Flarmony Orchestra and act like they do not have to serve your order but they serve it to make you a favor… I am sick of this…

For 31TL before tip(two entrees, two noon-alcoholic drinks, two teas) a very good value! We got a table outside around 6:30 pm on a Saturday, no problem. They were plenty full on the first two floors, but I saw there were floors above that were empty(the women’s restroom was on the 3rd floor). The service was good, though our server had more limited English than other places I’ve been. They had Wi-Fi too. The food was good, not perfect(see my photos for details). Come here if you’re in the area(it’s about a 30-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar), but maybe don’t go completely out of your way.
