I was trying to think about Incirli Saraphane could become a five star place for me. The décor is nice, it is almost always empty so the noise level is good. The service is so so, the food is expensive but tasty, and the wine selection is great. So where do they lose that 5th star? Well there have been two occasions where when you have a larger group they will refill the wine for you without telling you or asking what you like. When the bill comes and you wonder why you have just ordered 3 bottles of a more expensive wine, you become very confused. Also the pizza, the pizza is so outrageously expensive. Though it is decent with a nice brick oven on site, I see no possible situtation where I would want to spend that kind of money. Even if I were insanely rich, I still wouldn’t get it. Overall it is still not a bad spot, even a nice date spot or for larger groups. Just watch out for the wine refills you never asked for!
