Gaia Fitness Center & Spa

So this place is located outside inside the Grand Hyatt hotel. I’m not a fan of most spas as I find them overrated.
Well being in Istanbul and all the site seeing can definitely drain you. So I decided to get one of their packages called Jet Lag. Which consists of Turkish bath and a Full body Massage.
The place is gorgeous. Nice décor and awesome lighting all over the place. The lighting was just fantastic. They have steam room and sauna for all hotel guests with robes and slippers in each locker. Also a full on Fitness center, all the weights and treadmills you can ask for. A nice seating area to recover near the showers, sauna, n steam room.
So on to the Turkish Hamam bath… it was just amazing, if you have never had one before or if you haven’t experienced one here I Highly recommend it. It was just fantastic to be in the actual hammam (heated Marvel you lay on while you get bathed and massaged).
The massage part of this was just as fantastic. I never had such a great massage in my life. The lighting in the room was fantastic, with the roses, the music, the lights changing colors, the magical hands, soothing not rough massage, and the professionalism was great.
If I stayed here longer prolly would get this done once a week!
