I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I had heard mixed reviews so didn’t keep my expectations high. I ordered a «pollo gustavo» burrito which is filled with dark meat chicken, mexican rice, beans, grilled peppers and onions. They serve with a side of red sauce and pickled jalapenos. The portion size is generous and the taste is pretty good. I am very critical about burritos having lived in California and I think this is the best effort so far in Istanbul. Even though it is definitely not authentic Mexican, I will be back again.

The food(the particular quesedilla I ate –bomba atomically carne) tasted very distant from anything that I could have called mexican food. It is a bummer that although both cuisine(Turkish and Mexican) have some characteristics that overall match with each other, this place settled for a safe mediocre taste that would upset nobody. Pico de Gallo could have been tastier with better selection of ingredients. Lacks tacos, which is not acceptable. Doesn’t have pork, in any form. Pickles were okay. Fries were nice. Even Chipotle might taste more authentic.

The best Mexican I’ve had in this city to date, wish the menu had more, and tortilla chips/nachos Chipotle can have a small menu because their portions are HUGE, not the case here, but definitely hits the spot
