This is seriously THE BEST BAKLAVA IN TOWN!!! Istanbul is full of bakeries that make baklava, and lots of them are good, but none of them compare to the wonder that is the baklava at Bilgeoglu.
The baklava isn’t overly sweet but the pistachio flavor is present and important, yet not overpowering. Their pistachio pie with shredded wheat on top was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!
Go try some and change your life forever!
