Biber Burger

Biber Burger is easily top 5 in Istanbul. Both delivery and in reasturant pleases everytime. Their burgers have a nice char on them with a bun that does not take over your entire experience. The quality of meat shy’s away from your standard kofte patty, which many places in Istanbul have still not yet grasped!
While their fries are nothing to write home about, Biber Burger overall gives a great experience. Their prices are standard as far as burgers go in Istanbul. While I like to dive into the world of crazy toppings, burgers should be judged on their own merit. I. E onion tomatoe and cheese. Simple yet refined.
Bravo Biber Burger or making my top 5 list!

At a very central point of Besiktas, on the way to Ortakoy and just at the beginning point and left side of Ciragan Str., Biber Burger seems like the one of the hidden places of that region. It’s good that the place is on a very cosy street so that most of the people don’t realise and cause a crowd :)
Biber Burger offers you big and handmade burgers with interesting names and different sauces with it. You could pick alacarte instead of a fixed menu. The menu is quite flexible with drinks and appatezisers. The prices are not the cheapest in Istanbul. But the taste and freshness of meat + vegetables inside totally compansate its price. Staff is good enough to inform you according to your expectations and they know how to smile which makes your meal an enjoyful journey. Gourmet burgers are evry popular nowadays and unfortunately there’re only a few good places to try them. With its big portions and low-​light ambiance, Biber should be in your list. Give it a chance and don’t tell anyone :)

Gurme hamburger kültürünün, butik hamburgerci kıvamına dönüşmesinin en güzel örneği sanırım biber burger… Beşiktaş’da Çırağan caddesinin başında olan bu güzel hamburgerci, eve aç giderken, «off şimdi né yesem» sorusunun en güzel cevabı…oldukça güzel sosları ile tatlandırılmış hamburgerleri çok başarılı. Temiz ve özenli bir mekan… Beşiktaş’da böyle bir yer olması büyük şans…
