The Tina Bar in downtown Zurich is actually a pretty cool vibe if you ask me. This place is rather small but is nicely done and yields a fairly good time. I have been here a couple times over the past year and each time has been pretty solid aside from the traditional smoking that is allowed inside. The place has neat little seating area surrounding a relatively large bar and also boasts some very nice live music, depending on the day. The overall vibe and stuff drinks makes this place a nice location to grab a couple of cocktails.

Smoke. A lot. But it’s kinda cool. Eventhough I had to fight my asthma and it took quite a while until I finally got my beer but, gotta admit: worth it.
The place is a place for you if you consider yourself a real dandy. And, as said, if you’re a smoking dandy, even better. ‘Cause there, smoking ain’t just allowed — it’s mandatory if you want to get the full amount of that place’s benefits. The girls next to me were smoking cigars, which I found pretty stylish.
It’s like time-​warping backwards into a time where real-​life style and savoir-​vivre had the importance they would actually deserve in people’s lives.

I think everyone seems to agree, this place deserves its four star rating. It’s cute, quaint, and a great place to see an evening in discussing the state of world affairs, the influence of greco-​roman architecture on the skylines of todays modern cities, or who the best Bond is.
If you’re not a smoker, maybe this place isn’t for you. It serves as a fumoir and one of the few bars within Zurich that still allow smoking inside. The smokey atmosphere is therefore noticeable, especially since everyone has to learn what it is like to be in a bar without smoke since the ban a few years ago. But those who don’t mind it, my opinion is that it adds to the feeling and charm of the place. Stepping inside this bar is like stepping back an era or two. The décor, the smokey haze, the fine selection of cocktails and cigars can give the impression you have entered the set of Mad Men. Great selection of liquor, attentive service, all in all pretty good :)

Almost hidden above Louis Brasserie is a classic cocktail bar fumoir. My first impression of the service was unpleasant as I wasn’t greeted with a smile and my order was taken hastily, but every order after that was friendly enough.
A grand selection of well prepared classic and modern cocktails. It’s decorated in brass, reds and wood — formal and classic although not uptight. I don’t understand why fumoirs can’t ventilate better. It’s damn smoky in here. Even as a smoker, it becomes almost unenjoyable.
You can also order snacks and small meals from thieir bar menu! Bonus!

Diese Bar sollte man im Auge behalten und sicher einmal besuchen, denn immer wieder wird gemunkelt, dass man sie schliesst (das sagen jedenfalls meine Informanten). Es ist eine dieser Bars der es irgendwie vom Ambiente her schadet, dass das Rauchverbot umgesetzt wurde (propagiere ich eigentlich in meinen sämtlichen Beiträgen gegen militante Nichtraucher?). Sie ist edel, etwas dämmrig und das Publikum bewegt sich doch etwas in einem älteren Spektrum.
Trotzdem ist sie etwas klein und man muss schon ein bizeli Glück haben um Platz zu finden. Aber wenn man dann seine Nische gefunden hat, bleibt man dann eben doch auch so etwa 3h sitzen. Dass es kaum Musik hat oder wenn dann nur leise, finde ich sehr lobenswert. Wirklich ist die Tina Bar ein Lokal vom alten Schlag, das einlädt zu einer gemütlichen Runde und zu guten Gesprächen.

Die Tina Bar im Niederdorf gehört wohl neben der Kronenhalle Bar zu den edelsten in der Stadt.
Sie bleibt wie sie war, mit diesem Slogan werbt die Tina Bar, denn die Inneneinrichtung wurde von der legendären Savoy Bar übernommen.
Die Preise sind entsprechend saftig aber in diesem gemütlichen und erlesenen Ambiente lässt es prima zu einem Cocktail das stressige Stadtleben vergessen.
Zudem wird ab 17.00 Uhr wird das ganze kulinarische Angebot des italienischen Restaurants angeboten.

Die Tina Bar im Niederdorf bietet sich perfekt an, wenn man dem Lärm und der Hektik des Abends entfliehen will. Die Bar liegt über der Cantina, und eignet sich bestens dafür, um die zuvor kennengelernte Bekanntschaft noch etwas besser kennenzulernen.
Das Lokal präsentiert sich im charmanten, italienischen Look, mit einer hervorragend dazu passenden Speisekarte, die einem besseren Restaurant würdig ist. Die Egli-​Knusperli sind Klasse, ebenso die feine Tartarsauce und liegt mit CHF 24.50 im mittleren Preissegment. Es gibt da eine ausgezeichnete Karte für edelsten Grappa — denn ich allen Schnaps Liebhabern wärmstens empfehlen kann. Ansonsten bietet die Barkarte die gängigsten Cocktails & Drinks an. Schade finde ich, dass die Bar bereits um 24.00 schliesst.
Das Personal ist ungezwungen freundlich und speditiv bei der Arbeit, auch dann, wenn voll ist. Klasse Ort, wo man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann, um die Nacht einzuläuten.

Die Tina Bar gehört wie der Pepito Snack zum Mère Catherine und ist eine schöné Location, die einen Besuch lohnt. Die Bar ist edel eingerichtet, grosse Leuchten hängen von den Decken, Kerzen und gemütlich sowie eher dunkle Farben dominieren in diesem Haus. Die Bar lädt zum hinsezten ein und die Tischchen sind oft schnell besetzt. Die Tina Bar hat ihr zuhause direkt über der Cantina und lädt zum Ausklingen eines stressigen Tags oder einem Schlummertrunk nach einem leckeren Mahl ein.
Die Getränkekarte bietet das, was man von einer Bar erwartet. Und wenn etwas nicht darauf steht, ist man stets bemüht, das Unmögliche möglich zu machen :) Achtung: über den Sommer ist die Tina Bar geschlossen.

Die Tina Bar ist etwas Ehrwürdiges ein Stockwerk oberhalb der Niederdorfstrasse.
Sommertags sind die Fenster vollständig geöffnet — man hat das Flair einer Bar und die Geraeusche des Niederdorfes,… genial.
