McDonald’s

one of the mc donalds i like more then others. cause a lot of clubbing people choose this one. there are two levels and the mcd is well located near mainstation and near hiltl dachterrasse; lady hamilton; nelson; movie bar and newsbar. check it out.

What can I say about McDonald’s. If I go to a fast food chain like McDo it’s definitely not for their fancy food :-), It’s more a comfort food. I know it’s not very healthy but once in a while won’t hurt! I do have to admit that the new Mc Grischun burger was quite interesting, actually I enjoyed it.
This McDonald’s is well located but in this case it can be a disadvantage as well. I mean it’s often super pack with teenagers, specially during the week-​end! They do have a small playground for kids on the 3^rd floor and some TVs on the 2^nd floor which can be a plus for some people.
I do have to say that this McDonald’s is a bit dirty, specially in the toilets (even if the use of the toilets is limited to the clients) Maybe they should clean them a bit more often.
All in all it’s a McDonald’s so you know already what it means :-)

Good god McDonad’s here is so freaking expensive.
Everyone says the quality is better, maybe that’s true. Unfortunately I really only buy their chicken wraps and they taste the same here as they do in the U.S.
I’d prefer to buy a burger here over a kepap if I’m drunk, but otherwise I will avoid this place… 10 CHF for a burger?! no no no no no I can’t do it. sorry
And here I am writing reviews about how I’ll spend 8 CHF for a hot chocolate, but not 10 for a burger. In my defense it’s just a regular McDonald’s and I’m so used to $ 2 burgers that I just can’t get myself to pay more! The cutsie little café’s at least have a kick ass ambiance.
Also if they charge me for ketchup I get sad.

Although I am morally opposed to McDonalds, I had to try it here.
Verdict: head and shoulders above the US ‘food‘, that so much is clear.
The prices are higher, and the food is all Swiss,
and they have «American fries» that are super-​duper thick!
They charge you for every ketchup, and fries come with white stuff–
there‘s no such thing as «a cup of water», but the food fills you up!
So for 15 CHF (that‘s like 17 bucks), you can get yourself a meal.
Come from the states to try this– like all things Swiss, McDs is waaaay more real!

McDonald’s ist schon seit 35 Jahren in der Schweiz im FastFood Bereich tätig. Früher oft kritisiert und nicht unumstritten hat die Fastfoodkette einen eindrucksvollen Turnaround hingelegt. Zuerst die schmuddelige Familienrestaurantkette mit dem doofen MCRonald, den niemand ausstehen konnte und in den letzten Jahren immer mehr zum Lounge Restaurant mit Familiencharme und Wohlfühlecken.
Das Restaurant an der Bahnhofstrasse kann kaum zentraler sein. Gegenüber liegt der Hauptbahnhof und links vom Restaurant beginnt die Bahnhofstrasse. Für Familien gibt es einen Wickeltisch, Stühle für Kleinkinder und ein Playland. Falls die Kinder schon etwas älter sind offeriert das Restaurant auch Geburtstagspartys für die ganze Familie.
Übers Essen muss ich wohl nicht viel erzählen. Jeder hat schon in einem McDonalds gegessen und kennt die Auswahl an Hamburgern und Nuggets mehr oder weniger auswendig.
Ich will auch nicht darüber streiten, dass ein übermässiger Genuss von Hamburgern nicht gerade als gesunde Ernährung angesehen werden kann. Aber einmal im Monat find ich das ganz ok. Un dich mag die Atmosphäre in den Restaurants.

Ich kann mich meinem Vorredner nicht anschließen. Für mich schmeckt dort genau so wie in jedem McD Restaurante.

Die Mc Donald Filiale an der Bahnhofstrasse 79 ist sehr modern eingerichtet.
Nun zum Essen: Ich denke das das Essen nicht frisch ist.
Für mich ist das «Fleisch» wie Karton, also sind schon mal alle Burger von mir aus nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
Die Pommes sind manchmal lampig und fettig, also von mir auch nicht unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. (Die Pommes von BurgerKing sind da besser: Aussen knusprig, innen «cremig»).
Salate habe ich noch nie ausprobiert, weil ich davon ausgehen kann, dass ein selbst gemachter Salat um einiges gesünder und auch schmackhafter würde.
Die Donuts hingegen sind gut, die kann ich weiter empfehlen. Denn beispielsweise im Starbucks giebt es die gleiche Art von Donuts auch aber für etwa einen Franken mehr.
Küchen habe ich auch nicht ausprobiert, weil diese sehr warscheinlich eine Kalorienbombe währen und selbst gemacht wahrscheinlich auch besser währen.
Trotzdem esse ich manchmal im Mc Donald, aus Stress oder weil es wo anders einfach teurer währe. Schade.
Ausserdem finde ich auch Schade das es so viele Menschen giebt welche wirklich fettleibig sind, und das nur aus faulheit sich zu Hause etwas selbst zu kochen!
Tipp: Wer wirklich leckeres «Fast Food» essen möchte sollte vieleicht in ein Restaurant und etwas mer bezahlen und dafür aber auch mehr bekommen. (In Frankreich beispielsweise giebt es sehr sehr leckere Burger und auch Pommes. Welche Hausgemacht sind und für mich nicht mehr richtig zu Fast Food gehören.)
