I got a small speeding find of $ 40 dollars for being 0−5km/h over the speed limit in Zurich. I was OK to pay the fine, however then Hertz sent me a letter explaining that they had charged me an additional $ 50 for looking up my contact details for the police. $ 50 admin to look up my address?
So my fine cost $ 90, of which majority was because of Hertz.
Thank you very much Hertz, This is the VERY last time I will use your company. Your service is terrible, and your policies are ridiculous.
