Clean and modern looking hotel. The location is right on the river and very close to most of the attractions. It’s also located very close to the train station.

First the good stuff. The location is great, just outside the covered Chapel Bridge and in close proximity to restaurants. That is the best attribute period. If you are a Picasso fan the Rosenblatt museum is right across the street and is full of Picasso’s work. Good Italian restaurant right around the corner called Rossini, good pizza and lasagne. We were with a tour group of 40 and my wife and I were the last to arrive due to flight scheduling. Consequently we got the dregs for a room. It was clean and well maintained except for the A/C, see below. Our room #425 was quiet but super small like we had no more than 18 inches between the foot of the bed and the dresser so we had to coordinate our movements. The A/C didn’t work well until we called maintenance and they cleaned out the duct which was blocked by a whole lot lot of dust. You couldn’t use the bathroom sink unless you went in diagonally and then shut the bathroom door. The shower was nice however. Many in our group of 40 complained of severe noise from the street and the bar below. Make sure you get a room away from the street to avoid the street and bar noise but not # 425. The breakfast was okay but not great. The staff at the front desk are not particularly on the ball either.
