Wide range of desserts, pastries and savoury snacks. Quite pricey like the rest of Switzerland compared to most European cities.
Conveniently positioned opposite Basel central train station and the airport shuttle bus stop. We dropped by for a quick hot chocolate and slice of cake before heading for the airport, both were adequate but nothing amazing.
Settled for Bachmann as I did not have the address or time to hunt down Confiserie Sprungli which I knew was nearby and serves far better hot chocolate and cakes.
