After four years of living in Stockholm I have finally made it over to the Taby Centrum mall! I definitely should not have waited so long. I really like it it here! It feels more like an international mall than a lot of the others in Stockholm(with the exception of Mood Gallerian and the new Mall of Scandinavia, which is pretty fantastic!) On a purely customer friendly oriented note, I love the higher ceilings and finer finishings(ex– carpet, wifi, phone charger stations, benches, more luxurious signage, etc.) I almost wished I lived up in Taby for a second when I stepped in here! Luckily, I don’t have to live up here since it’s only a 25 – 35 minute drive from the city center. You can also take the subway to «Tekniska Högskolan» and then take the tram(or «light rail»?) from there to «Tibble station» and the mall is about a seven minute walk from there. I can really see why the official Apple store moved in here instead of at the city center(I’m also guessing they did that because the taxes are a little better outside of the city too.) There is actually quite a few American and international stores inside this mall. You can also kinda get a quick overview of some of the better shopping options Stockholm has to offer here as well. I never understood why the hotels in the city always referred people to come all the way out to Taby, but I kinda get it now! Despite all the«up-selling» and«product pushing» that can turn people off about the states, I have come to miss some of it’s more pleasureful and entertainingly customer-centric attitudes. I think this little mall in Taby has got a little bit of that customer friendliness going on! It feels spacious, luxurious, entertaining and inviting. It’s a place I would definitely come out to again for another day of shopping. I highly recommend a taking day trip out here with family or friends for some pleasure seeking, shopping and snacks! =) A few stores I think are notable are: Sephora, Victora’s Seceret(though mostly accessories,) Kusmi Tea, Ralph Lauren Denim Supply, Levis, Vans, Hollister, Bose, Apple, The North Face, Casall, G– star raw, Granit, Gant, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Marimekko, Lexington, Habitat, R.O.O.M, Inside Living, Le Creuset, Mango, The Nature Company, Odd Molly, Picard, Pandora, Leila’s General Store, Rituals, Rockport, Ecco, Saint Tropez, L’Occitane, LUSH, Rituals, The Makeup Store, Bjorn Borg, Timberland, Claire’s, Flippa K, Tiger and Tesla. YES! That last name on the list was for Tesla cars! You can sit inside and play with one inside their store here!!! There are also a lot of food places that vary in price and quality: Sook(middle eastern), Starbucks, Espresso House, The Frozen Yogurt Factory, Freshii, Blueberry, Melander’s Fisk(also a great deli,) Bagel Street Café, Burger King, Mcdonalds, Naked Juice Bar, Le Croissant(a french style coffee house,) Zanders Konditori & Bageri, Green Drizzle(nice name, right? lol) Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, Gâteau, Coffee Corner, Vapiano, the new Cali Burger and Noori(Sushi.) The list goes on… ;) Enjoy! TIP: 4 hours free parking in the garage!

Täby Centrum is one of the nicest shopping malls I have been to in recent years. This store is very new and has an amazing selection of popular brands, premium brands and other stores, which give a fantastic shopping experience for customers. I only came here for the Apple store but ended up staying and taking a good look around. Täby Centrum also has some good art inside, some nice seating places and they have obviously taken a great deal of time and care in the interior design of this mall. It’s really easy to get here with SL too(via the Roslagsbanan — zone B) and there are buses too. Plus a car park. Overall a great shopping experience in a fresh and enjoyable shopping mall.
