This is a food stall inside the bustling ÖSTERMALM Food Hall. They offer fresh squeezed fruit and veggie juice, wraps, and salads. Fresh and organic are the adjectives.
We were in-between meals and ordered a tuna and shrimp salad to nosh on. I was expecting a traditional Skagen salad with tuna added in, but what we got is a light and delightful dish with ample flavours and texture that’s contributed by roasted vegetables, edemame and seeds for textural enhancement, and bulgur /quinoa that sops up juice from everything else and binds all flavours together in every bite.
