Panini

Panini has moved up to be my favorite lunch spot in Kista. Granted that it may say more about the other places than Panini. Don’t get me wrong, Panini isn’t bad but it’s also not spectacular in any way. It is a chain that mainly does salads, pasta and sandwiches as well some light dishes. Food is freshly made on site and usually feels fresh. My clear favorite is the thaish salad (as they call it). Salad with chilies, noodles, beef and nuts. Fresh and just the right bit of spicy.
Service at this location is friendly but at times terribly slow. I try to avoid peak hours or send a colleague to pick up the food. I have never actually eaten at the location but there are some tables but most people use it for take out. Coffee is also very affordable here so for those not that focused and quality of the coffee this is a good option.
