TL;DR: It has been the worst customer experience I’ve received in Sweden so far! Here’s my story: I bought a «Tefal Mini 0.8» electric kettle and I was using it as intended, but after a few days the on/off switch stopped working. It was only possible to switch it on using some ‘finger-yoga’: pressing the switch in a special place and in the special direction. This ‘manipulation’ is practically impossible to do with slightly wet or greasy fingers. I came to the outlet shop to ask for a repair/replacement/refund. Unfortunately I was send back home with none of the above implemented. The seller was unfriendly and cold. I was told that the button is «perfectly functional», and that the ‘finger-yoga’ is there by Tefal’s design. I was told that it is written in the manual to switch the button this way. I was also told that I am not the first(!) customer that came here with the same complaint and that all of the customers got the same response. I was lied right in my face! I looked at the user manual: nothing in the manual mentions the special way of switching on the kettle. After yet another unsuccessful attempt to switch the kettle on in one of the infamous gray and grumpy Stockholm mornings my patience was finally exhausted. I have disassembled the kettle to realize the switch is actually broken(a plastic part completely fractured). I wrote them an e-mail, but got no response. I had to fix the switch myself with a help of some super-glue. My advice: avoid by any cost, customer service is not only basically non-existent and unprofessional, but straight unscrupulous.
