BEWARE
While I have debated getting a Unilocal account in the past, I have never had a bad enough experience to warrant signing up… until now. I created this Unilocal account just so I could warn people about this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE — its a SCAM.
I ordered a skateboard for my boyfriends birthday in December of 2014. I ordered the board on December 1^st, and as the website claims «8 – 10 day worldwide shipping», I hoped to get it by the 15^th. When I didn’t get anything, I asked the company for a tracking number. It took 2 or 3 emails to get them to send it, but when they did, it showed the board had been sitting in London for 2 weeks. When I let them know, they apologized, said they had no idea, and that they would get it sorted out.
At this point, I just hoped to get to it my boyfriend by Christmas. But, here it is, February 4^th, and they have still not shipped anything. It has been a nightmare experience, they have been responding to my emails about once every 2 weeks, apologizing again and swearing they will ship the board priority mail. This happened about 5 times, until they completely stopped responding to me in mid-​january. I finally called the credit card company to refuse the charges, but wanted to save anyone else from going through the nightmare experience I did! Total scam — I have the email chains to prove it.
