Swedbank

Terrible bank location! They open at 10 and close at 1500, meaning their target customers are the unemployed and the homeless. Heaven forbid I want to do any business that requires a visit to the bank… then I have to take time off from work. Seems a bank would understand the importance of keeping workers working! And if I do go to the bank, the lines are ALWAYS way too long. I expect to wait at least 15 minutes.
The worst thing about this location though? They do not handle cash! That’s right, a bank that will not take my cash! There is no machine to deposit cash and the customer service reps at the desks will not take cash. Instead, they tell me to go across the square to the SEB bank (their competition!) because there is a deposit machine there. Unfortunately, that machine has been out of service for nearly a year now, but they continue to refer people there. In the end, if I need to put cash into the bank, I need to travel down town to Plattan.
Swedbank is a TERRIBLE bank and I am planning to switch to a new bank, but none of the others sound any better, frankly, based on what my friends have told me.
