Svenska Hamburgerköket

This is another great burger joint and unfortunately it doesnt come with a vast space inside. They do it good, they do it fast and they have a couple of different burgers tro try for the freak. To this they add a loooot of beers, and its not by quantity its more by quality and flavor. For the sober one theres a milky alternative as it should, so if you dont end up stuffed after a burger, you can easily shove a thousand more calories down the throat without even knowing it by having one of their milkshakes.
The venue isnt very big as i said, so you cant be picky about sharing table or even getting one. During summer, when its not raining, you can use the seats outside… but as you know by now, those days are easily counted here!
Grab a burger to go, or go off peak hours and you should be fine. This venue brings more than just a burger, but the burgers themselves will probably make you reappear pretty quickly alone.
You can either go small (180 grams) or go BIG (360 grams), and i guess you know what the correct answer is?

Located in one of the more charming suburbs on the southern side of Stockholm it is perhaps not in a location that people from other places than Stockholm stumble upon. This whole area is however developing fast and there are numerous places worth visiting these days. I used to live a lot closer and then I was a very frequent guest but I do also stop by now and then these days and it is actually a place worth traveling for. They serve burgers (these days a few other options as well) and things that go well with burgers.
There are a few options (size of burger and what to have on it). I usually opt for the double burger with cheese and it is a great burger. It’s easily one of the top burgers in town. I am hesitant to say the best as my view on that tends to differ a bit depending on mood. What however makes this place extra good is the always friendly service and also the (for Stockholm) very decent prices and especially on beer. The beer selection is also worth mentioning, they have an impressive range of beer by the bottle (and a number on tap as well) at prices that are seldom seen in Stockholm for quality beer. So head here for burgers and beer!

Oh my god, was i in heaven! I am a absolute burger lover and have tried a lot of burgers, and i mean A LOT, this one i have to say is the best one ive tried in sweden so far! I ordered the one with goat cheese, if there’s a burger with goat cheese on it i always order it! This one takes the prize!
So what is so good about it? First of the patty is so juicy and soft, not the kind of soft that crumbles when you try to take a bite, no no the perfect kind of soft! The buns are perfect, not that sesame seed sprinkled awful buns you get at mcdonalds, no the real burger buns! I believe they made the sauce themselves, i think it was some kind of caramelized onion sauce, which with the goat cheese is perfection!
If youre not into goat cheese and want the good ol cheese burger i tried that one as well, its equally as good!
The fries: holy moly! It actually has a taste unlike the other burger joints! I usually dont eat the fries, maybe one or two, but this one i finnished them all and even grabed some from my friends!
So lastly i need to comment on the place itself! It feels like it was a hidden place a bit outside the center, but still packed with people which explains just how good it is. Its not that big but has an absolutely lovely atmosphere.
I hate it that i dont even live close to stockholm, now i dont know how i can go back to eating just regular burgers when i have this one to compare with!

I go to Stockholm all the time — my brother and his gorgeous family live there, its a second home for me. They say home is where the heart is, right?
This is their local burger joint/​sushi bar! Strange combination you will tell me, basically its a burger joint on one side and a sushi bar on the other, you can order from one and get served in the other. So we combined — had some sushi & burger!
Sushi wasnt really great, barely any raw fish actually, it was mainly prawn, omelette and tofu…
The burger however, thats whats worth writing about! Amazing, juicy burger. Meat cooked to perfection, all ingredients making one delicious meal! Shame i had to share!

It’s getting hard to sort through the burgers of Stockholm — it’s almost as if they have become… normal. I think this is a good option to have in your backyard — I wouldn’t make a road trip out of it but the burgers were pretty simple and tasty and the fries were cheap and solid. Remove the fancy burger wrapper and serve the fries on a round plate and I think we have devolved to your basic American hamburger that is the staple of every decent pub known to mankind. Seemed to have a good selection of beer.
I think I made a mistake in ordering a 360g, double patty burger. Kind of took away from the enjoyment of eating when you down that thing. 180g single patty is probably all you need…
Quality of the meat is okay — doesn’t have the same taste as some of what I consider the upper-​echelon of Stockholm burgers but I won’t judge too heavily.
Additional star for being a good option in the suburbs and having a neighborhood feel but if it were in the city, I would say 3 stars. Still, if you’re in the area… why not?

I have tried many of the burger places in Stickholm and this one is definitely number one in my books! Upon approaching this place you can be forgiven for wondering what you are about to let yourself in for, as the outside is a little tired and in of some need of TLC. However once you step inside and the smell of grilling burgers hits your nostrils all your fears slip away.
There is a big q but orders are taken quickly and there are plenty of different variations of burgers to choose from. I ordered one of the special double burgers which had a delicious cream cheese on it with caramilized onions. There was a wait for the burgers to come however what do you expect from freshly made. When it came the burgers were juicy and tasty, the taste of good seasoned beef along with salad and bun was a wave of goodness over my taste buds (especially after some of the other burgers I eaten in the past) fries were good and came with a dipping sauce. For those that like a good beer this place has numerous amounts (think Oliver Twists in Södermalm) to choose from. All the food is made/​sourced from the local area which is a nice thing too.

The best and most delicious hamburgers in Stockholm. My number one. I liked their fries as well. The only negative is their long waiting time :(

great vegetarian hamburger at this cozy place outside of Sthlm «city». the service was good but its popularity makes that you want to wait sometimes up 30 minutes for your delicius hamburger!

Really great vegetarian burger and an excellent beer selection. I would give them 5 stars if the burger had not been so greasy. Love the outdoor seating as well. Wish they had a turkey or chicken burger option as well.

Ugly on the outside, lovely on the inside. Don’t judge this place by the oversized furniture and tacky Christmas tree lights hanging outside (yeah!) — inside is a whole other deal.
Dark and mood-​setting lighting, cow patterned couch cushions, brick walls and copper plated bar — this place stands out and isn’t tacky at all.
Hamburgers are affordable, made to order (naturally) and perfectly grilled! A bit too greasy maybe — the plastic wrap had a pool of meat juice in it when I was done, so the bread got kinda spongy — but that’s the only thing I could complain about.
Fries was an odd combination of different sizes (like they had mixed several different brands) but I didn’t care because they were seasoned to perfection and there was a little cup with dip that made them even better!
Water is free (even sparkling) but if that isn’t your preferred drink they have a HUGE selection of more or less rare/​exclusive beers to offer!
The restaurant is a bit off, but it’s almost worth a trip in itself! If this place was in central Stockholm they would give all the other burger joints a run for their money.

What the name says, it is a no thrills burger made with excellent ingredients for a fair almost to cheap price. The beer is also wonderful and cheap! I really can not say enoughe good things about it. But don’t expect a restaurant burger with truffel mayo.
