Svandammsparken

Midsommarkransen will always be a bit of special place for me as I have spent a considerable time living in and around the area. It does have a charm that is sometimes difficult to put the finger on and Svandamsparken is to some extent part of that.
The park is located close to Telefonplan and is fairly small but in warm weather it is always a popular hangout for local families as well as others. There are trees providing some nice shade and the is a small little pool (not really for swimming but kids can walk around in it).
There is a grocery store where one can buy some cold drinks and ice cream and if hungry it is also easy to grab a burger from Svenska Hamburgerköket or for the sushi eaters some Sushi from Svenska Sushiköket.
I would perhaps not make a trip out of it but if you are somewhere around why not sit down and relax here for a while.
