Food was okay, but the service was terrible. The cashier was having some problems with the card machine. After I inserted my card to pay I put my pin code and payed. A few seconds later the cashier told me that I hadn’t paid. He showed me a paper(no reciept) that had some text saying I had cancelled the transaction. I explained to him that I had put my pin the card machine said ‘Godkänd’(accepted). He looked at me angrily and said I hadn’t paid and thatI had to pay for the sandwitch. I didn’t have any other choice but to pay again since my phones battery was dead and I could not show my bank balance. When I went home I checked my account only to find out that I had paid double. I called the Subway but they were very reluctant to admit anything and told me I had to come back to the same area to discuss the issue. I tried to explain to them that I didn’t leave close to the area and that coming back would cost me more than I would gain if I got the money back. They said they couldn’t do anything and that was it! I’m definately never going there again!
