Hi! I want to speak about accomodation in
and my boyfriend have been in CS9 studio apartment from 13 till 17
aug 2013 booking in
. We are really terrified and
dissapointed about the cleaning in the studio. Susanne, the manager, told us
that it has been cleaned the day before our arrival but that is impossible
because it was really plenty of dust, hair, the toilet and kitchen looked horrible
with oil, etc. And we hadn’t place to put our staff. I have photos of that
fact, but she suggested that maybe it was me and my boyfriend!!! That has been
really disgusting, moreover the photos have been made by mobil and I can prove
that they were made 5 minutes after our arrival. As everyone can see, this dust
and mess is from weeks! I suggested for other people to check the
