Located right in the city of Stockholm. Metro station is Hötorget. One of the oldest locations in the SATS chain. They did an upgrade the last year and now it’s a modern fitness club. You have two regular studios with most of the classes that SATS offers. There’s also a cycling studio and a hot studio. The gym is well equiped with the latest machines, free weights and more. This club have one of the best gx-instructors and PT’s. You will also find a big shop with products from NIKE, Casall and other. Large spacious changing rooms with a finnish sauna. Only minus for this club is that there is no daylight, since it is located in the underground. I really recomend you to try this one. The clientel is young and trendy.

This is actually a rather large gym hidden at subway level. There’s a class room and a good selection of machines (even cross country skiing machines) and cardio machines — and further in you’ll find a pretty comprehensible free weight area.
The bad thing is that it’s underground — no windows to let some real light in, and the ventilation is rather lacking. You’ll choke on your own BO when you’re working out hard!
SATS is overpriced but the good thing with that is that their facilities are seldom crowded. You’re effectively paying for a modest level of exclusivity.
