If you still haven’t come inside PUB you should, since it’s pretty much a landmark in Stockholm. I came here with my colleague to have lunch, and my first raw food experience. It might be important to point out that where I come from we don’t really have this raw food trend happening, so this was something new for me. You don’t really know what raw food is? Well, basically is a new way of eating food from vegetable origin that are not processed nor cooked over 44ªCm this way you can preserve all the enzymes that help with digestion and etc. I ordered a raw pasta with vegetables and a juice. The place was really packed with the lunch crowd, but if you get to find a seat and enjoy a nice meal here you will love it. My food was really nice and the juice super refreshing and yummy. They have a small salad bar where you get to take some snacks. I had hummus and some bread, it was also very nice. Prices are affordable, service is kind and there is a tiny coffee shop right in front, so you can order a nice cup of warm coffee before heading back to the office.

I’d never thought that mall food can be this good. This is my favorite lunch place in Stockholm. it’s simply perfect!!! As a vegetarian who most of the time sticks to vegetarian food, I don’t like ordering salads when I eat out(typically)… they are usually way too simple… too much greens, not enough other ingredients, the ones that actually make salads taste good, that give it a good flavor. Maybe I’m just too picky when it comes to food, but what the hell, I’m not a cow and I don’t like eating grass. Now this place, I think on the average uses about 10 different ingredients per salad and they all balancing and adding to each other really nicely. I think the reason why I’m addicted to this place so much is that when I order food, not only I always at least satisfied with my food, but I’m actually learning how to make my food as creative and as tasty as it is here. Let’s face it, the food and produce sucks in Sweden. I moved here from California, so being spoiled with a fresh and rich food is something that we take for granted there. It was a really sad day when I for the first time came to a vegetarian section here in Sweden. It’s just not enough… not enough of choices, not enough of quality, not enough of organics, not enough of reasonable prices. Now Voltaire somehow make me to forget about it. I don’t know how they do it and where they get their ideas, but I’m going to learn it all really soon. Btw, it is not just a salad place, they have other things on the menu as well. They even sell many good things here like Vitamix blenders, organic and healthy food supplements like Chlorella, Spirulina and many many more. I think Voltraire is a great restaurant and just an amazing business. They work hard to make a difference and they do. They call out: «Think global. Eat local». Respect!!!

Very good salads and they have a nice tea selection, although the Jasmine tea was a bit low quality. Extra points for having separate tea water and not using the steamer directly on the tea.
