Prime Burger

I love Prime Burger! I love their cheesy and sweet potato fries. I also LOVE avocado on my cheese burgers!!! I highly recommend that you ask for the Californian burger with cheddar instead of cream cheese (Side note: I’m not sure it’s very Californian of them to have cream cheese on a burger. I think a cheddar and a Monterey jack would be more appropriate.)
When I’m in need of comfort food, this is one of the best places to go! I like this location because It’s near my doctors office and it’s open for lunch! It’s cold season people, give me a break! Cheese fries could be considered medicine for the soul, Right? Lol.
This place isn’t usually too packed for lunch on a weekday or weekend. It’s small, but I think since they are tucked away north of Olof Palmes Gata, a little out of the way from the Hötorget square, they aren’t super crazy busy all the time!
The staff is super nice, BTW. Every time I have been here, the service has been really great and speedy! The last time, when I was in a rush to leave, the server calculated up the split bill in her head for us and checked us out at lightning speed! I was impressed.

Probably the best hamburger I had in Stockholm so far. The meat was perfectly cooked and the fries crispy and warm, even after I had finished the hamburger. On a weekday noon the service was still prompt. The order took a while to come, but they state it takes a while to cook the hamburgers in the menu, so it is clear. I will definitely come back again.

I had a simple burger with bacon and cheese. The meat was perfectly cooked, medium rare as I like it, pretty thick, and really tasty. On the side I had the fried sweet potatoes, so freaking tasty as well!
We were 2 and came around 8pm, and had to wait 20 minutes for a table, which is really not much considering that the place is not very big and that it was crowded.
My fried were a bit cold so I told the waitress and she changed them right away, so pretty good service as well!

Prime Burger now have three restaurants in Stockholm that I know of. This the latest addition and I went here for lunch with two friends to try it out.
The address is great, just off Hötorget but hidden from the worst traffic in the area. There’s a little outdoor seating area that gets some sun too. The place has a bar feeling and feels rather cramped.
Our orders took little over 25 minutes to reach the table. It shouldn’t take that long even if the cow is still alive when the order is made!
The burgers are — like in the other Prime Burger restaurants on Birger Jarlsgatan and Söder — good but not great. With price and service added to the equation, this place draws a 2.

It’s okay, nothing special at all. Regular fries were standard/​fine. The parmesan sweet potato fries were nice. Milkshake was just okay, nothing worth visiting for. Décor of the establishment felt a bit undefined. Waitstaff was friendly but quite slow.
I did not get a burger — keep that in mind. But the BBQ pulled pork was so so average. I would even say there was too much meat. Just lumped into this big mass that was too dry. Not juicy and accentuated with BBQ sauce as it should be.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I didn’t try their burger but I don’t feel the need to.
