The Stockholm Pride Festival is aimed primarily at the LGBT community. It does not only show acceptance of the LGBT community in Sweden, it also tackles important problems we are facing in society such as discrimination in Russia, jail time in Uganda, and so forth. I also admire the fact that a lot of parents bring their children to watch the parade, the culmination of a week long festival, because I believe acceptance should start early on in life.
