This hotel was a sight for sore eyes. We weren’t supposed to come here. We had reserved a room in another place in Gamla Stan, which ended up being absolutely terrible, and was scary. It looked like a mix between a prison cell and a hospital room. Not what we wanted. So we decided to look elsewhere and the Pop House Hotel had a room available. We jumped on that immediately. Unlike the other room we were supposed to have at the other place, our room at Pop House Hotel had windows, comfortable twin beds like we wanted, a bathroom, intimacy, service, breakfast, wifi… But everything of the utmost quality. You should see the bath! Awesome. Everything is very modern, comfy, the service is nice, helping and there’s is always a smile waiting for you. It was quite expensive compared to the other creepy place, but it was MUCH worth the money if it meant NOT sleeping in a horror movie hotel room. This one was was paradise in comparison. Considering it was our last stay in Sweden, it was worth every kronor. Also, the neighborhood around the hotel is incredible! Parks, restaurants, museums. Just wow! If ever I come back in Stockholm, this is the place I’ll stay, with no hesitation. There is also a bar next to the hotel(and also the ABBA museum by the way) and they play music there all day. Music stop at exactly 10pm, if ever you’re worried.
