Pong

I’ve been coming to Pong Lindhagen for months now, and I’ve watched it transition from mediocre food court to a full-​blown fancy pants sit down restaurant. Along with this transition came a raise in prices, a much better atmosphere, and a wider selection of foods and desserts.
I’ve never actually sat and had a menu item here, because I can’t pass up a buffet. The options are vast enough to please almost everyone, from pot stickers, cold salads, soup, rice, chicken, beef, sushi, seafood dishes… the list goes on. It’s a typical Asian fusion joint, so you can expect those type of dishes to be served. I’m not sure about other Pongs, but here we also have chocolate and vanilla mousse, panna cotta, and DIY soft serve with sauces. This Pong also serves booze now, so you can enjoy a nice glass of wine or beer with your meal :)
I have to add a disclaimer that there have been ups and downs during my visits here. A couple of times, the food wasn’t at its best. Granted, they were still renovating and moving (a few meters. hehe), so I chock it up to that. Overall, I have loved my experiences here.
