If I ever came to an elite event with high expectations this was the one, and you all know how easy it easy to end up disappointed. In this case it was as good or better than expected. A small event so easy to chat with most people around the table and we had some really knowledgeable people there so both interesting and fun. Roger who was running the show from Café Proviant did an amazing job in explaining and showing us how to make beer. Luckily we also got comprehensive written instructions in case we want to give it a go at home. It is perhaps not rocket science and the steps are pretty easy to grasp but the end result is very much up to the skill of the brewer as well as the ingredients used. I did perhaps not feel the need to go home and make my own beer but I will be back here to sample some of the beer that they have made for the restaurant. The food is also something I would love to sample more of. We got some nice snacks now, some cheeses, asparagus with some nice ramsons mayo as well as a pretzel with a few nice sauces. All in all a great event at a very nice restaurant.
