NK Lek & Baby

I’m a big fan of NK, but sadly not impressed with this baby store.
A lot of the toys they stock are rather cheap in the States and they are extremely expensive here. There was dust all over most of the games and a lot of the toys — either they have been sitting on the shelves for a really really long time, or it’s just a really dusty area and the staff doesn’t clean very well… either way, it’s bad store hygiene (if there is such a thing).
I took my Bugaboo here with a brake that was stuck and there are great warranty’s on the Bugaboos — so I thought they would offer to call Bugaboo, but instead tried to convince me there is nothing that can be done and I must purchase a new frame for the pram, which is very expensive (I ended up getting the brake fixed at Bonti for 100 SEK the next day).
There are a lot of young people working here who do not seem to be knowledgeable of what they are selling — when I asked some simple questions and for some assistance attaching some Bugaboo accessories — everyone was in the dark with their hands tied…
At the end of the day, could you find some nice things here, yes, but can you find them else where with better service, a cleaner environment and for better prices — YES
