Nelissas salong

A while back I bought a special deal at Nelissa’s Salong for cut and color — 499 kr. I forgot to write a review, but now I’m back looking to get my hair done again and noticed how few reviews there are of salons — so I have to do my part!
Anyway, sadly, I have never had such a bad salon experience as I did at Nelissa’s (in 2014).
The place was small and dirty — the sofa itself was visibly dirty.
The staff were unfriendly. They spoke poor Swedish and poor English and it was incredibly difficult to communicate.
They use a small notebook to write down appointments, and even though I had called and booked three weeks prior, I wasn’t even on the list!
When the woman (who was unfriendly!) began working on my hair, she started coloring it directly, without washing or even brushing first. Whaaaaat?!
Also, I told her that I wanted a neutral brown color with absolutely no hint of red — but guess what? She gave me distinct red-​brown hair. She also cut more than I requested, but that’s unfortunately normal at salons…
There was unfortunately nothing good about the experience, and a lot of bad things about it.
