Lush fights animal testing. That’s good. Lush has lots of bath soaps and salts and oils and cosmetics. That’s also good, I guess, but I don’t really use that stuff. I’m not particularly into it.(If you are, I’ve heard this place is great, and I believe it.) But I am kind of lazy. And sometimes I need to get a present for someone on short notice. And Lush is the perfect place for that. I’m not saying you should get your best friend a pre-wrapped gift, but for an acquaintance or colleague on short notice, one of Lush’s little box sets, complete with wrapping paper and gift tag, are perfect. They have a lot that are really overpriced in my opinion — like I said, I’m not into expensive cosmetics and bath bombs. But they also have a couple of small boxes which are just 119kr. True, all that’s inside is a bar of soap and a bath bomb, but hey, it’s nice soap and nice bath bombs, and it’s wrapped so prettily, you don’t have to do a thing! The store is small but well-stocked and organized, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. They will make recommendations, give advice, give you tips about using the products, etc. All with a smile but without being pushy. You can pick up a box, tear off the tag on the perforated line, and have a ready-to-go-present in just five minutes! Which is why I keep going back.
